Terms And Conditions
1) Confirmation of booking details will ensure your provisional booking, and your agreement of these terms and conditions.
2) Once a booking is made, final costs agreed, and a deposit taken, the booking is final. We will not accept any cancellations or changes in numbers after this point. Full fees will be due.
3) A fifty percent non-refundable deposit will confirm your booking. The final balance is to be paid before the date of the service.
4) Cleared funds must be in our account by 10 days prior to the date of the appointment, including agreed expenses. If they are not we, reserve the right to cancel your booking.
5) We require accurate information at the time of booking. If you provide any misleading or incorrect information you could be liable and incur extra fees.
6) All wedding bookings will remain secure until after the trial when the deposit will be expected to guarantee the booking. Trials must be taken within 14 days of the booking.
7) We reserve the right to rebook or cancel if fees are not paid on time.
8) For payments not received in the time agreed late payment charges will be applied.
9) If in the case of an emergency we are unable to get to an appointment or booking we will do our best to provide someone else of the same standard. If this is not possible we will offer a full refund but will not be made liable.
10) Travel within Central London locations are included in the cost of your service. Distances outside London will incur a fee of £0.50 per mile.
11) Parking and toll payments are in addition to the service fee.
12) Any digital photos taken by us or given to us by you may be added to our Pretty Me Vintage professional portfolio, website or facebook site. Please let us know if you do not wish any photographs to be used for these promotions or portfolios.
